Cross-country mountain bike racing at it's best in Squamish, BC. With Squamish being known for it's rugged, gravity-focused terrain, this XC race would be a test of speed and endurance across trails that many would consider challenging.

Our goal during the race was to document riders and run the social media for the event. As always, we like to go above and beyond. Socials were updated during the day with important information provided to racers. Below are some examples of event stories, branded with logos and custom map graphics created ahead of time by COAST.

Capturing a race event such as The Haulback is an endeavour that goes far beyond the action. From nerves and excitement to competition and fatigue, the peddling is a chapter in the bigger story to be told. It's this bigger picture that brings the event together in a cohesive, engaging and nostalgic feeling that we aim to capture throughout these images.
