Case Study: Finding Balance in the Tweed Valley isn’t just a film about mountain biking. It’s a case study in how athletes can evolve their relationship with sport—from high-pressure performance to sustainable passion—without losing the spark that drew them in to begin with.
Media: We delivered a sub-10-minute documentary for 7mesh’s YouTube channel, supported by social cut-downs for Instagram and a photography package to accompany editorial features on Pinkbike.com and The Loam Wolf.
Repurposing content: The footage captured for the documentary was repurposed into multiple micro-ads for 7mesh, allowing the story to reach new audiences across social platforms and maximise the value of the original production.

Finding Balance in the Tweed Valley
Turning One Production Into Ongoing Impact.
With any documentary project, a huge amount of content is captured. Too often, what doesn’t make the final film ends up archived and forgotten.
On this project, we took a different approach. Alongside a standout athlete biographical documentary, we delivered five pieces of short-form content designed specifically for social platforms.
These assets generated over 170k views across Instagram and Facebook, bringing total project views to more than 200k and significantly extending the life and impact of the production.
